The project focused on the realisation of the Airbelt K5 vacuum cleaner, I was tasked with creating initial design variations and a full-scale model for the client’s phase 2 presentation. The final chosen concept, now available in the market in various models and colours, was initially presented as a non-functioning 1:1 scale model.

This prototype was meticulously crafted, with the main housing made from CNC ABS and detailed parts 3D printed in STL. Over a three-week period, I personally handled the sanding, priming, spray painting, and assembly of the prototype, resulting in a professional quality and realistic finish that thoroughly impressed the client.
